Dig-Smart technology is aimed at utility companies who manage and account for one call ticket management. Tickets are electronic records or work order requests generated by anyone using machine operated equipment to excavate a site. This would include operators of heavy industry equipment such as bulldozers and wheel saws but would also include lightweight equipment rentals from home improvement centers such as augers and jack hammers.
Dig-Smart 360 is our newest product offering and is available as installed software or as SaaS. Dig-Smart 360 is web based one call ticket management software designed to work in conjunction with ArcGIS Server.
