Enterprise 5.3:

Dig-Smart Enterprise v5.3 is now available and fully compatible with the latest ArcGIS 10.0 and 10.1 releases. Dig-Smart, LLC currently supports ArcGIS 9.2, 9.3 and 9.3.1 at the Dig-Smart Enterprise 4x versions.

Dig-Smart 360:

Dig-Smart’s newest product, a web based ticket management system driven by ArcGIS Server has been finalized and is now shipping. Dig-Smart 360 uses ArcGIS Server along with MS Silverlight to provide a web experience for users looking to move ticket management completely to the internet. Relying on WIFI and 4G cell connections, users have the opportunity to perform ticket analysis anywhere they go.

Dig-Smart 360 is available for purchase under the Standard or Advanced licensing terms. The Standard version requires full internet access to run the application, including field access. The Advanced version is supported by ArcGIS Server Mobile and can work in a disconnected state.

Dig-Smart 360 is also offered as a hosted solution. Under the SaaS model the solution is hosted in the cloud with the option of using your own ArcGIS Server license. The pricing model for the SaaS solution is determined by ticket volume.

ImageDig-Smart Analyzer

Dig-Smart Analyzer is the main component of the Enterprise environment. Its ease of use and ArcMap toolbar provide ticket screeners with a dependable and user-friendly environment for performing and conducting ticket analysis.

ImageDig-Smart Field

Working exclusively with Dig-Smart Enterprise, Dig-Smart Field gives organizations the power to take electronic, mapped tickets directly into the field, insert notes and comments, attach field photos and post all content back to the database.

ImageDig-Smart 360

Dig-Smart 360 is designed to provide ticket management features through the use of a web browser. Working in conjunction with ArcGIS Server and MS Silverlight, users can access tickets from any location with an internet connection.
