Dig-Smart Field
As an optional add-on to Dig-Smart Enterprise, Dig-Smart Field allows ticket data to be transferred directly from Dig-Smart Analyzer to a mobile device such as a tablet PC or laptop. This provides mobile field crews direct access to tickets requiring a stake out while in the field. Synchronization occurs through database controlled permissions and tickets are checked-in or checked-out based on the status.

Dig-Smart SMS serves as an out-of-office assistant when no one is around to check for tickets. Using cell phone-based text messaging, mobile teams are quickly alerted of any new emergency tickets.
